My name is Lisa Miller. I volunteered with Hope Foster Home in China last summer (June-August 2005). I'm going back to work with the babies in January 2006!
What you can do: Knit warm items for children in the orphanages. They can be ANY color! Hats, scarves, mittens, even sweaters and vests for the kids -- baby through school-aged -- will be greatly appreciated.

When: I will mail a large package (no international postage required!!!) to Amy (fellow knitting volunteer) in China the first week in December and then the last week in December. I will take other items when I go in January!
